Cornish Semiconductor Corporation is now supported using public funding by Arts Council England via a Research and Development grant.
This project is an offshoot of the Organised Atoms project, joining the heritages of Cornish mining and Cornish techno and explores the possibilities of sound making from 270 million year old semiconducting minerals.
This funding will allow Dave to spend some time developing the musical direction of this project after spending a bit of time building synths for the workshops we were doing with families at United Downs Raceway, releasing some music and doing a live performance - this is perfect timing to see where this project can go next.
